Future Transport System Intern (Mercedes Benz R&D North America): Working on PSOC creator for the firmware and hardware development of BLE devices.

HIgh Voltage CLimate Control System (Renovo Motors Inc.) : Responsible for setting up the entire Climate Control system consisting of the Cooling, heating and defogging. Using Solidworks to design 3D models of vents, mounting and 3D printing them to check its usability, interfacing of safety switches and sensors, Load estimation of heaters and compressor and setting up the entire system on a test bench. Contacting OEM's for getting all the parts required for setting up the test bench. Responsible for low and high voltage wiring harness which consisted of crimping and wiring layout.

Wireless Home Lighting and Security Solutions (Maven System Pvt. Ltd.): Responsible from design, development to customer interaction for wireless lighting automation products. Using software such as Orcad Capture CIS, Google sketch up to build and model the product and soldering, debugging and building up of PCB’s having DIP as well as SMD components was part of the job description. Interacting with the software, assembly and the marketing team to have the product ready for delivery on time.

Solar Powered Air Conditioner for Cars (Mahindra Engineering Services): Built the first Prototype for assisting if not replacing the conventional Air Conditioning system in vehicles with an 80Watt solution working on Solar Energy. The Project was aimed at reducing the Load on the Conventional Air conditioning System during a hot Sunny day. It used Thermoelectric Coolers as a Cooling agent. The Project had an ATmega 328 controller and the coding was done on Arduino Platform. The system modelling was done in Simulink. Concepts such as PWM based motor Control,thermistor feedback of temperature, Battery Management System was applied in the Project.
